Corporate Events
Wellness led retreats and incentive travel for your own team, and small client facing events in Korea for brands. Both staged against a distinctly Korean setting and run on the ground by us.
The Idea
Korea has become one of the more compelling destinations for corporate travel, and not only because of the flight connections. It offers a rare combination for a company: world class conference infrastructure in Seoul, genuinely distinctive cultural experiences within a short drive, and a hospitality standard that consistently surprises visiting teams. The same is true for brands. A house wanting to gather its Korean clients has access here to hanok courtyards, private museum rooms and chefs who do not otherwise cater, and almost none of it is bookable from abroad.
What Korea does not offer, if you are organizing from abroad, is easy access. The best venues are often booked through relationships rather than websites. Contracts, invoicing, and supplier communication happen in Korean. Group rates at leading hotels are negotiated, not published. A great deal of what makes an event work here is invisible from the outside.
That is where we come in. IEUM works as a corporate event management agency inside Korea, planning and running the event on the ground so your team is not managing timezones, translation, and vendor chasing from another continent.
We work with companies bringing anywhere from a dozen to several hundred people, and with brands hosting rooms of eight to eighty, across Seoul, Busan, Jeju, and the regions between.
Included
Everything between the decision to come to Korea and the moment your team boards the flight home.
The right space for the moment, from boardrooms to private estates, sourced and secured on your behalf.
Negotiated room blocks at Korea's leading hotels, held and managed for your full group.
Cars, coaches, trains, or private flights, arranged to match your group's size and schedule.
A dedicated team on the ground, managing every detail so nothing falls to your staff.
Fluent support in Korean and English, for meetings, tours, and everything between.
Private dinners, workshops, and team experiences, staged to fit the occasion.
Two Directions
One brings your own people to Korea. The other brings your clients to you, here. They are planned differently, and we run both.
One
For your team. Wellness sits at the centre of the programme, the same as it does in every journey we design, so people come home restored instead of needing a week to recover.
Smaller senior groups, usually three to five days, balancing working sessions with the kind of setting that makes difficult conversations easier. Often a private estate or a hanok property outside the city, with a hot spring or a temple morning built into the schedule and meals designed as part of the programme.
Reward trips for top performers, where the experience has to justify the achievement. Korean beauty and wellness programmes, private cultural access, and dining that people photograph before they eat.
Larger groups needing rooms, meeting space, transport, and something memorable in the evenings. We handle the logistics so your internal team can be present rather than running the day.
Two
For luxury houses with clients, press or partners in Korea. Small rooms, carefully chosen, where the setting is the point. We source the venue, stage the evening, and run it on the night.
Eight to thirty guests, in a room that is not otherwise available: a hanok courtyard, a museum after closing, a chef's counter taken in full. Seating, menu, interpretation and gifting handled, and a Korean host present so the evening runs in the right register.
A collection preview, a market entry moment, a press and partner evening, or a visiting founder to look after for two days. We arrange the space, the production, the guides and the transport, and we brief everyone on the floor before your guests arrive.
The Process
We start with the practical constraints. Group size, dates, budget, and what the event needs to achieve. Whether it is a reward, a working session, or a client facing moment changes almost every decision that follows.
We come back with venue options, accommodation, and a proposed programme, with real costs attached. Because we source locally and negotiate in Korean, the figures you see are the figures we can hold.
We handle supplier contracts, deposits, and the full run of show, and we work to whatever reporting your finance and procurement teams require.
Our team is present throughout, managing suppliers, timing, and the inevitable changes on the day, so your people can focus on why they came.
